M-F 10:00 to Noon = WOD and Personal Training
4:30- 5:30 = Open CrossFit (WOD uncoached)
5:30 - 6:30 = CrossFit Fundamentals
6;30- 7:30 = CrossFit Fund.
7:30 - 9:00 = Open CrossFit *this class is not open on Fridays
