CrossFit Fundamentals
This 8 session series will teach you the basic movements that are at the center of the CrossFit program. This class is a prerequisite to our CrossFit “Open” Fitness Classes. The Fundamentals classes are small groups of 3-5 people. Some of the exercises or functional movements that you will learn are: proper squatting form, rowing techniques, Kettlebell swings, Olympic lifts, deadlifts, handstands, pull-ups, ring work and much, much more! You also be provided with the tools and information for proper nutrition and diet. We will evaluate your athletic and physical fitness level and then scale each exercise and workout to your abilities. No one is ever too out of shape or in too good of shape for this class! New sessions begin monthly. Classes are twice weekly for four weeks to ensure that the parti

CrossFit Augusta “Open” Fitness Class
Once you have completed the Fundamentals class or can demonstrate to us proper form and good technique of CrossFit’s foundational movements at personal training sessions, you may join the CrossFit Elite Fitness classes. The groups will typically be larger (6-10 people) and focus on intensity as well as proper execution of movement. Because we run Open Fitness classes 6 days a week, we can focus more on programming and perfecting Olympic and power lifting, gymnastics and cardio- respiratory response and recovery.
