What a work out! Every one did a great job. Here are the results. Oh and by the way, no one beat the old man. Charlie 50yo 32:06, Bobby 32yo 40:02 (we were neck and neck up to the burpees), Eric 30yo 35:25, Mike 43yo 39:40 ( Mike is moving up north. Take care and good luck), Josh 23yo 43:29, Toby 23yo 48:28, Jacob 14yo 40:00, Scott 25yo 43:28 ( Scott did his 1st Fran yesterday), John 33yo 33:31 ( John did all 50 double unders non stop. Thanks for the party John), Brandon 22yo 35:08, Andrew 34 38:32 ( That was Andrews first CF workout; I bet it sucks to be him today), Buttercup 28yo 38:53 ( I bet he’s hurting too, but he won’t admit it), Jesus 41:00 no age posted.
Yesterday is a good example of the definition of “Crossfit Community” Thanks again guys!

Jesus started Crossfit back in June. At that time he could not do 10 regular pull ups and now he is doing 10 with a 20lb weighted vest. Good job!
